The first phase of this $750 million plus project opened in May 2004. Currently, there are over 40 shops and restaurants open in the development including anchors Galyan's and Century Theatres. The third anchor, Whole Foods, will be opening at Belmar in 2005. Phase II of Belmar is currently under construction, with the plaza and next set of buildings scheduled to open in Spring of 2005.
