OVERVIEW: 16 Market Square, Continuum Partners' award-winning mixed-use building, is located on 16th Street at the gateway to Denver's historic Lower Downtown District. This architecturally unique structure combines 25,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, 183,000 square feet of Class AA office space and 23 luxury residential penthouses atop a three-level underground parking garage. The eight-story building is located directly across from Market Street Station, downtown Denver's primary public transit destination. Its egress onto Blake Street provides automobiles with immediate access to Denver's expressway system. The $58 million project was completed early in 2001. |
